In a remarkable display of ingenuity and teamwork, trainees of the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Garnota, in the Chowari subdivision of Himachal Pradesh have successfully developed a fully functional petrol-powered four-wheeler, crafted entirely from scrap materials.
